All sales are final. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before purchasing.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@vaguestreetwear.com
SHIPPPING
FREE shipping on all orders $225+ (U.S. only)
Standard orders are shipped by 3:00 P.M. everyday, unless stated otherwise in the product description. If an item is a [PREORDER], it will be stated in the product description.
PREORDERS:
After the first week of release of a new collection, the quantities are submitted to our manufacturer and production begins. From that point forward we do not accept refunds/cancellations.Throughout the production process you can check our Instagram story highlights for production updates and timelines. The product descriptions will also update with the current production timeline.
Lost packages:
VAGUE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and make sure they receive it on the day it is expected to deliver. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly.
USPS offers up to $100 insurance on each order. Reach out to them as soon as possible if you have any issues with your package.
Returned packages:
We are not responsible if your order is returned to us by the courier, please contact us once it is returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but we can process a reshipment.
